Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the EP Commencement Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to 54.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Commencing on June 1, 2011, the definition of “Unreserved Parking Spaces” contained in the Basic Lease Information shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the AP Commencement Date, the Lease ------------------------- shall be modified to provide that Tenant's Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to 92.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Tenant, at no additional cost (except to the extent covered in the Operating Expenses), shall have the use of unreserved parking spaces within the Project ("Unreserved Parking Spaces") to the extent that the total of all Reserved Parking Spaces and Unreserved Parking Spaces shall afford Tenant use of parking spaces at an aggregate ratio of four (4) parking spaces for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of the Premises. The Unreserved Parking Spaces shall be within the locations shown on EXHIBIT A. Tenant shall have the use of the Unreserved Parking Spaces, in common with other tenants of the Building, upon such reasonable terms and conditions as may from time to time be established by Landlord.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the AP Commencement Date, Tenant shall have the license to use 274 undesignated and nonexclusive parking spaces.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant and persons designated by Tenant a license to the non-exclusive use of sixty (60) spaces in the parking lot (the “Lot”) adjacent to the Building on a first come, first served basis, at no charge. The spaces in the parking lot are collectively referred to herein as the “Spaces”. The term of such license(s) will commence on the Commencement Date and will continue until the earlier to occur of the expiration date under the Lease or termination of the Lease or Tenant’s abandonment of the Premises.
Unreserved Parking Spaces unreserved, nonexclusive and undesignated parking spaces, based upon a ratio of ***** spaces per ***** rentable square feet leased.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Fifteen (15) nonexclusive and undesignated parking spaces at the Building’s then-prevailing standard unreserved parking rate, which is subject to change from time to time, less the number of Reserved Parking Spaces Tenant elects to use from time to time (not to exceed the maximum allowed number of Reserved Parking Spaces set forth above). As of the Lease Date, unreserved parking Spaces are $85.00/month. Broker(s): CBRE, Inc. (Landlord’s Broker) CresaPartners (Tenant’s Broker) THIS OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Landlord and Tenant on the Lease Date. The defined terms used in this Lease which are defined in the Basic Lease Information attached to this Lease Agreement (“Basic Lease Information”) shall have the meaning and definition given them in the Basic Lease Information. The Basic Lease Information, the exhibits, the addendum or addenda described in the Basic Lease Information, and this Lease Agreement are and shall be construed as a single instrument and are referred to herein as the “Lease.”
Unreserved Parking Spaces. 121 of which 12 spaces near the entrance at the SE corner of the building will be marked for Interlink Electronics parking only.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Effective as of the EP Commencement Date, the number of parking spaces available to Tenant (As specified in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to 35 non-exclusive and non-designated parking spaces.
