Failure to do so prior to noon on the day in which the Parking Session is used may result in the ticketing and/or the impounding of any vehicles that are parked in Parking Stalls and that are not Listed Vehicles, at the Customer’s sole risk and expense.
The Customer may only use a Parking Session pursuant to this Contract between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any weekday, but excluding weekends and holidays.

We pass all parking fees and charges through to you and we are not responsible for any parking rate variances, parking rate changes or for any differences between the parking rates reflected in the Platform and the parking rates assessed by the Transaction Entity at the time of the Parking Session.

A Parking Session can consist of one or more of the following Customer interactions: • The initial payment at a metered parking space/zone;• Any extensions that a Customer makes prior to the expiration of time purchased by the initial payment or a prior extension;• If applicable, using a stop functionality to end a Parking Session; and• Any other functionality in the Solution that could modify an active Parking Session.
In addition to the Parking Session Pricing (Section 1.1 above), the City may consider Alternative Pricing.
