Parking Session definition

Parking Session means the period in which a User is parked at a Parking Location and is measured from when a User starts parking in a Parking Location and stops parking in a Parking Location, or the time paid for by a User expires.
Parking Session means the use of a Parking Stall to park a Listed Vehicle in the Parking Lot stipulated in the Contract on one calendar day and subject to the times of use/restrictions as set out in Section 17 of this Contract;
Parking Session means a period of time for which parking rights have been granted as a result of a successful Booking;

Examples of Parking Session in a sentence

  • Failure to do so prior to noon on the day in which the Parking Session is used may result in the ticketing and/or the impounding of any vehicles that are parked in Parking Stalls and that are not Listed Vehicles, at the Customer’s sole risk and expense.

  • The Customer may only use a Parking Session pursuant to this Contract between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any weekday, but excluding weekends and holidays.

  • For the benefit of using the Service, RingGo Users pay a Convenience Charge inclusive of VAT each time a Parking Session or Parking Session Extension is booked.

  • An End User may have several active Sessions at the same time (e.g. a Parking Session and a Charging Session).


More Definitions of Parking Session

Parking Session means the time the vehicle is in the carpark. The vehicle does not have to be stationary, nor does the driver need to leave the vehicle. “You” means both the driver and the owner of a vehicle entering this carpark.
