Part 2 Approval definition

Part 2 Approval means, for the Historic Building, the approval by the National Park Service of Part 2 of the Historic Preservation Application (and plans for rehabilitation) submitted to the National Park Service, including any conditions specified by the National Park Service in such approval.
Part 2 Approval means the Historic Certificate Application Part 2 approval for the proposed renovation of the Property in accordance with the Approved Plans.
Part 2 Approval means the conditional determination by the National Park Service, including any amendments, pursuant to Part 2 of the Certification Application, that the rehabilitation of the Building described in the Plan and Specifications provided for in Section 4.1(a) hereof is consistent with the historic character of the Building and meets the Secretary’s Standards.

Part 2 Approval means the 17 approvals by NPS of Part 2 of the Federal Historic Tax Credit Application for each address in the Project, pursuant to which NPS has made a preliminary determination that the proposed rehabilitation work as described in the Plans and Specifications will satisfy the Interior’s “Standards for Rehabilitation”.

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • MAA Approval means approval by the EMEA of a marketing authorization application (“MAA”) filed with the EMEA for the applicable Licensed Product under the centralized European procedure. If the centralized EMEA filing procedure is not used, MAA Approval shall be achieved upon the first Approval for the applicable Licensed Product in any two of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.

  • Works Approval means this Works Approval numbered W5894/2015/1 and issued under the Act; and

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, an application for Regulatory Approval for such product in a country in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, Drug Approval Application shall include, without limitation, (a) an NDA or BLA (for U.S.) or MAA (for Europe); (b) a counterpart of an NDA, BLA or MAA in any country or region in the Territory; and (c) all supplements (including supplemental applications such as sNDAs) and amendments to the foregoing.

  • Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Government Approval means (a) any authorization, consent, approval, license, lease, ruling, permit, tariff, rate, certification, waiver, exemption, filing, variance, claim, order, judgment or decree of, by or with, (b) any required notice to, (c) any declaration of or with or (d) any registration by or with, any Government Authority.

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
