Part 2 Approval definition

Part 2 Approval means, for the Historic Building, the approval by the National Park Service of Part 2 of the Historic Preservation Application (and plans for rehabilitation) submitted to the National Park Service, including any conditions specified by the National Park Service in such approval.
Part 2 Approval means the Historic Certificate Application Part 2 approval for the proposed renovation of the Property in accordance with the Approved Plans.
Part 2 Approval means the conditional or unconditional determination by the National Park Service, pursuant to Part 2 of the Certification Application, that the rehabilitation of the Building described in the Plans and Specifications is consistent with the historic character of the Building or the historic district in which the Building is located, and meets the Secretary’s Standards.

  • Drug Approval Application means an application for Regulatory Approval required before commercial sale of a Product as a pharmaceutical product in a regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from or with any Governmental Authority, the giving notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
