Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.
Partial Payment means a payment that is insufficient to discharge all amounts then due and payable under the Finance Documents.
Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.
Partial Taking means the taking of only a portion of the Premises which does not constitute a Total Taking; (4) "Date of Taking" means the date upon which the title to the Premises, or a portion thereof, passes to and vests in the condemnor or the effective date of any order for possession if issued prior to the date title vests in the condemnor; and (5) "Award" means the amount of any award made, consideration paid, or damages ordered as a result of a Taking.
Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project pursuant to a Curtailment Order.
Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
Partial confinement means confinement for no more than one
Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.
Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
Initial Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.

Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.
Excess Loss The amount of any (i) Fraud Loss realized after the Fraud Loss Coverage Termination Date, (ii) Special Hazard Loss realized after the Special Hazard Coverage Termination Date or (iii) Bankruptcy Loss realized after the Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date.
