Participant Content definition

Participant Content means all Participant’s intellectual property rights which subsist in the Video submitted by that Participant.

  • Please note that any Participant Content is Distributed solely at Participant’s own risk.

  • Participant agrees that the Organizer does not assume any liability or responsibility in respect to any Participant Content and Participant shall at all times ensure that Participant Content does not infringe any rights of third parties or any applicable law.

  • For clarity, Organizer is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any Participant Content, nor do they endorse any opinion contained in any Participant Content.Organizer shall have the right to generate anonymous user data and statistical data from Participant Content.

  • Organizer shall have the right, but shall not be obliged to, monitor the Participant Content, in order to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Participant Content means all information, data, files, text, computer software, music, audio files, photographs, videos, graphics, images, messages, or other documents or materials (of whatsoever nature or format), which is: (a) created, submitted, transmitted, shared, displayed, posted, uploaded or published on or through the Service or Platform by the Authorised Users or the Participant; or (b) transmitted, uploaded, submitted or shared (whether manually or automatically) by any servers, computers, devices, networks, hardware or communications systems owned or operated by or on behalf of the Participant or its Affiliates, that interface or connect with the Platform or any servers, computers, devices, networks, hardware or communications systems owned or operated by AA, its Affiliates or their service providers;

  • Participant contract means a contract by which a sponsored captive insurance company insures the risks of a participant and limits the losses of the participant to the assets of a protected cell.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • RSU Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a RSU Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a RSU Award grant. The RSU Award Agreement includes the Grant Notice for the RSU Award and the agreement containing the written summary of the general terms and conditions applicable to the RSU Award and which is provided to a Participant along with the Grant Notice. Each RSU Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
