Participant Marks definition

Participant Marks means the brands, trademarks, logos or names of Participant.
Participant Marks means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos for your entity’s products and services.

  • Alliance will not at any time contest or aid in contesting the validity or ownership of the Participant Marks or take any action in derogation of Participant’s rights therein, including, without limitation, applying to register any trademark, trade name or other designation that is confusingly similar to any Participant Xxxx.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Covered Employee means an employee who is a “Covered Employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Participant Group means you, each of your holding companies and subsidiaries and each subsidiary of each of your holding companies (as each such term is defined in the Companies Act 1985); and

  • Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).

  • Clearing Participant means a person admitted as a participant under the Clearing Rules.

  • Academic employee Academic employee shall mean an employee in the Professional Services Negotiating Unit with academic or qualified academic rank.
