Participating Amount definition

Participating Amount means such dollar amount as will bring CNET's aggregate purchases of the Company's equity securities, after its then current purchase, to an amount equal to 20% of all amounts paid or payable to CNET by the Company under the terms of this Agreement on or before the end of the calendar month which includes the Investment Date. CNET will execute the same purchase documentation as other investors in connection with each purchase. The Company will have no obligation to sell equity securities to CNET on an Investment Date unless the Company reasonably determines that such sale to CNET is in compliance with all applicable state and federal securities laws.
Participating Amount means the amount of deposit designated by the customers pursuant to Clause 2.2.3 below which represents the maximum amount that a customer is prepared to have withheld for the purpose of his participation in the Promotion and, where relevant, by reference to which UOB will make its determination of Bonus Cash payable and Withheld New Deposit Amount under Clause 2.6 below.
Participating Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

Examples of Participating Amount in a sentence

  • In the event that the parties cannot come to an agreement as to the UAO Participating Amount, the FDOT’s determination of the amount shall prevail.

  • The submittal shall show the calculation of the UAO Participating Amount in detail for each of the credits required above.

More Definitions of Participating Amount

Participating Amount means for any period after December 31, 2020, one dollar ($1), for any period after December 31, 2021, two dollars ($2) and for any period after December 31, 2022, three dollars ($3). The Participating Amount is a singular determination and not a cumulative determination.
