Partner Personnel. Means any person who was at any time, or is employed by or sub-contracted on behalf of the Partner. For the avoidance of doubt this includes all such persons who may be employed or engaged by a sub-contractor of the Partner. Provided and maintained by the Partner, an overall list of all schools that the Partner provides its services to. Provides a record of RM accreditation by Partner technicians for the Partner’s CPD programme.   • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;
