Partnership Fundamental Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(b).
Partnership Fundamental Representations means the representations and warranties of the Partnership or the General Partner set forth in Sections 4.1(a), 4.2, 4.5 and 4.6.

Partnership Fundamental Representations means the Partnership’s representations in Section 4.1, Section 4.2, Section 4.3, Section 4.5, Section 4.6, Section 4.8 and Section 4.9.
