Patient Personal Data definition

Patient Personal Data means any Personal Data and/or Special Category Personal Data of any Patient(s) that fall(s) within any of the categories of Personal Data specified in paragraph Error! (Categories of Personal Data - Patients) of Schedule 1 (Data Sharing Protocol)) and means in particular such data as any Disclosing Party makes available under this Agreement and that a Receiving Party receives under this Agreement;

Related to Patient Personal Data

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;
