Pay Units definition

Pay Units means the aggregate number of premium services received by Basic Subscribers on a primary outlet.
Pay Units means the non-equivalized number of individual pay services subscribed to by customers.
Pay Units means the aggregate number of subscriptions to pay or premium television services (i.e., Home Box Office, Cinemax, Showtime, etc.) by cable television subscribers to the System, who have paid the applicable connection fee for such pay or premium television services and have made at least one monthly payment for such services at the normal monthly rate for such services, and whose accounts are not more than 60 days past due (or, if more than 60 days past due, who owe less than $5.00).

More Definitions of Pay Units

Pay Units means the aggregate number of bona fide subscriptions to pay or premium television services, i.e., Home Box Office, Cinemax, Showtime, etc., in respect of which (1) the System has rendered such pay or premium television services for at least one calendar month as of the Closing Date, as reflected on the books of the System for such period; (2) the Seller has been paid for at least one month for such pay or premium television services at the full rate for such pay or premium television services; and (3) the subscriber owes no part of any service charge then in effect that has been due for more than 60 days from the first day of the period to which the service charge relates, as reflected on the books of the System (provided that a subscriber's account shall not be considered past due as a result of unpaid amounts not exceeding $10.00 in respect of (A) customary late charges imposed by the System and/or (B) bona fide disputed amounts).
Pay Units means each Pay TV service subscribed for by all Basic Subscribers.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
