Payahead Amount definition

Payahead Amount means payments remitted by the related Lessees in excess of the Monthly Payment and any fees with respect to a 20[__]-[__] Lease.
Payahead Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Mortgage Loan, early prepayments of scheduled installments of principal and interest made by a Mortgagor during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date that are intended by such Mortgagor to be applied on subsequent Due Dates.

Payahead Amount means, with respect to Precomputed Receivables, payments remitted by the related Obligors prior to the Cutoff Date in excess of the aggregate Scheduled Receivable Payments, Servicer expenses and late fees, if any, with respect to such Precomputed Receivables, retained by the Servicer in accordance with its payment application procedures.
