Payment Agents definition

Payment Agents means Zendesk, Inc. or a payment agent designated by Zendesk. For example, if Subscriber chooses to pay for a Service with a credit card or certain other payment instruments in a currency other than the U.S. Dollar, Zendesk may designate the Payment Agent to be Zendesk International Limited, a corporation organized under the laws of Ireland, Registration No. 519184.
