Payment Review means the process described in this Agreement.

Payment Review. The INSURER will establish a program to review service claims for purposes of creating a provider profiling system. The INSURER shall submit a report to the ADMINISTRATION on a quarterly basis of all findings under the Utilization Review Programs. The ADMINISTRATION may review and/or audit the programs' findings and reports at any time.
