Pelawan Trust Deed definition

Pelawan Trust Deed means the trust deed dated September 2, 2004 and signed by Pelawan (as founder), Deneys Xxxxx Trustees (Proprietary) Limited, Tumelo Moathlodi Motsisi and Asna Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (as trustees) and Anooraq, as amended;
Pelawan Trust Deed means the trust deed to be signed by the Vendor (as founder) and the relevant trustees establishing the Pelawan Trust as envisaged in Section 4.04 and as further described in Schedule 4.4 attached;
Pelawan Trust Deed means the trust deed establishing the Pelawan Trust dated September 2, 2004;

Pelawan Trust Deed means the trust deed to be signed by Pelawan (as founder) and the relevant trustees establishing the Pelawan Trust;

  • Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Bondholder means a person who is registered in the CSD as directly registered owner or nominee holder of a Bond, subject however to Clause 3.3 (Bondholders’ rights).
