Pension Administrator definition

Pension Administrator means Eckler Ltd., in its capacity as administrator of the Pension Plan.

Pension Administrator means the Director of the Pension Office.

• Executive’s obligations under this Section 6 shall inure to the benefit of Employer and its successors and assigns and shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement for such time as may be necessary to protect the proprietary rights of Employer in the Inventions and the Works.

• There is no further liability in respect of management fee and Private Pension Administrator administration fee other than the amount recognised above.

More Definitions of Pension Administrator

Pension Administrator means, in relation to a Pension Scheme, a party that performs the function of pensions administration under the terms of a legally binding agreement in respect of that Pension Scheme;

Pension Administrator means the City Payroll and Pension Administrator who handles the day to day administration of the Plan.
