Stock Amount definition

Stock Amount means the percentage of the Retainers that an Eligible Director elects to have paid in Stock, as indicated on the relevant Stock Election Form.
Stock Amount means, for each Company Common Unit that is Exchanged for the Stock Amount, a number of shares of Class A Common Stock that is equal to the Exchange Rate.
Stock Amount means, with respect to grant of a Stock Award, the value of such award converted into Stock Units in accordance with Section 3.1(b) of the Plan.

More Definitions of Stock Amount

Stock Amount means, for each Partnership Class A-0 Common Unit that is exchanged for the Stock Amount, a number of Class A Shares that is equal to the Adjustment Factor.
