Performance Monitoring Program has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications];
Performance Monitoring Program means the performance monitoring system, equipment and procedures in place for monitoring performance of the Services as more particularly described in Section6.1 of this Schedule;

More Definitions of Performance Monitoring Program

Performance Monitoring Program means all the performance monitoring activities that the Operator must undertake to monitor the quality of the Services required to be performed by the Operator in accordance with this Agreement, being those performance monitoring activities set out in Part E of Schedule 8 (Services Specifications). Performer means any: (a) sports person, athlete, sporting team; or (b) performer, entertainer, musician, animals or bands, playing or performing at the Stadium or Sports Precinct (or both) including any participants in any pre-match, half-time or post-match entertainment or activities, and includes any of their employees, agents, contractors, advisers, consultants and officers.
Performance Monitoring Program means the monitoring of performance of (i) the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services by Project Co through the Nonconformity reporting process detailed in Part 15 of Schedule 11Quality Management and (ii) the Performance Monitoring Reports prepared and submitted in accordance with Part 9 of Schedule 11 – Quality Management.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
