Performance Notice definition

Performance Notice means a notice served by the BID Company which:
Performance Notice means a notice as defined in Clause 15;
Performance Notice means a notice in writing given under clause 32.4 (Performance Management), a pro-forma example of which is set out in the Contract Guidance;

Examples of Performance Notice in a sentence

  • A Performance Notice shall be used when the performance deficiency warrants a corrective action of training or counseling.

  • The Vendor shall respond to any Vendor Performance Notice or Vendor Improvement Request in accordance with such notice or request.

  • Performance Notice: is the form that must be completed by a supervisor to address the corrective action taken as a result of the performance deficiency.

  • By contrast, the formal Contract Management process is initiated through a Contract Performance Notice when either party has a clear understanding that the other has, or may have, breached a contractual obligation.

  • Either party may issue a Contract Performance Notice, and the parties may then agree and must subsequently implement appropriate remedial actions.


More Definitions of Performance Notice

Performance Notice means a notice served by the BID Company on the Council which: (i) identifies the Standard Service to which the notice relates; (ii) states how the Standard Service is not being provided in accordance with this Agreement; and (iii) requests that the Council liaise directly with the provider or contractor responsible for carrying out the Standard Service for the purposes of securing compliance with this Agreement.
Performance Notice means the notice Network Rail may serve on the Train Operator pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of this Schedule 8.
