Performance Peer Group definition

Performance Peer Group means the following companies: • Annaly Capital Management, Inc. • Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation • Guild Holdings Company • Home Point Capital Inc. • loanDepot, Inc. • MGIC Investment Corporation • Xx. Xxxxxx Group Inc. • Navient CorporationNew Residential Investment Corp. • PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. • Radian Group Inc. • Redwood Trust, Inc. • Rocket Companies, Inc. • Two Harbors Investment Corp. • UWM Holdings Corporation To measure relative performance, the Performance Peer Group will consist of (1) companies that are in the Performance Peer Group and are publicly-traded for the entire Measurement Period and (2) companies that are initially in the Performance Peer Group and cease to be publicly-traded during the Measurement Period because of insolvency (with the Absolute TSRs of such companies being deemed equal to the lowest Absolute TSR of companies that are in the Performance Peer Group for the entire period). Companies that are initially included in the Performance Peer Group but that cease to be publicly-traded during the Measurement Period because they are acquired or for other reasons will not be included in assessing relative performance and shall be deemed to be excluded from the Performance Peer Group.
Performance Peer Group means the list of 22 companies that were approved by the Committee at the August 17, 2016 Committee meeting as follows: Alcoa, Inc. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Materials Nucor Corp. Xxxxxx Engineering Group, Inc. General Cable Corp/DE Weyerhaeuser Co. Harsco Corp Allegheny Technologies, Inc. USG Corp Vulcan Materials Co Xxxxx-Illinois, Inc. United States Steel Corp AK Steel Holding Corp Schnitzer Steel INDS-XX X XxXxxxxxx International, Inc. Eagle Materials, Inc. Textron, Inc. Fluor Corp Steel Dynamics, Inc. Granite Construction, Inc. Tutor Perini Corp. Dycom Industries, Inc.
Performance Peer Group means the companies listed on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that if after the Grant Date a company listed on Exhibit A merges or consolidates with another company, is acquired or disposes of a significant portion of its businesses as they exist on the Grant Date or experiences any event or circumstance as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, the Committee may adjust (by adding, subtracting or replacing) the companies listed on Exhibit A (by amending and replacing such Exhibit A) to address any such change or event or circumstance as the Committee determines, in its sole discretion.

Examples of Performance Peer Group in a sentence

  • The term “Peer Companies” means the companies which are in the Chubb Financial Performance Peer Group as determined by the Committee within 90 days of the beginning of the Performance Period and for which financial information is available for all year(s) in the Performance Period.

  • RTSR shall reflect a relative ranking of the Corporation’s Compound Annual Growth Rate in equity market value over the Performance Period (“CAGR”) as compared to the CAGR of each respective member of the PSU Performance Peer Group over the same period, arranged in ascending order.

  • Based on such evaluation, the Committee or the Board, as applicable, shall determine whether and the extent to which PSUs hereunder may become Eligible PSUs.   • Xxxxxxx Petroleum Co. The Committee or the Board, as applicable, may, in its discretion, amend or modify the PSU Performance Peer Group during the Performance Period (including, without limitation by removing or adding a new member) including, without limitation, in the event any member ceases, in the sole discretion of the Committee or the Board, as applicable, to constitute a suitable member of the PSU Performance Peer Group.

  • In respect of RTSR, such assessment shall be relative to the corresponding performance of the PSU Performance Peer Group during the same period.


More Definitions of Performance Peer Group

Performance Peer Group means those publicly held companies selected by the Committee prior to the commencement of a Performance Period, or such later date provided by the Code, to form a comparative performance group in applying Section 10.

Performance Peer Group means, in respect of a particular PSU Award, a group of industry companies which are generally comparable to the Corporation (subject to modification as provided in Section 3) approved by the Committee or the Board to be used by the Board, in its discretion, to determine the Corporation’s performance relative to the Performance Measures over a corresponding Performance Period for purposes of determining the Payout Multiplier, in accordance with this Plan;
