Period of Curtailment definition

Period of Curtailment means the period of time specified by the Division when giving notice to Customer or its authorized agent. It shall begin no earlier than one (1) hour after the Division gives notice to Customer. The Division may provide notice by any means, including electronic and verbal notice.

Examples of Period of Curtailment in a sentence

  • Changes shall become effective on the first day of the following month except that pools shall be as designated prior to the first effective day of an Operational Flow Order (“OFO”) or Period of Curtailment (“POC”).

Related to Period of Curtailment

  • Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project, pursuant to a Curtailment Order. The Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.

  • Continuous period of creditable coverage means the period during which an individual was covered by creditable coverage, if during the period of the coverage the individual had no breaks in coverage greater than sixty-three (63) days.

  • Period of Severance means a continuous period of time during which an Employee is not employed by the Employer. Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.

For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.

  • Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.
