Period of Notice definition

Period of Notice has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.1.1.
Period of Notice is defined as that time between the initial notification seeking Mutual Agreement and the commencement time of the rostered or previously re-assigned duty period.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Prescribed Notice means 28 days or any shorter period of notice for a meeting of members of the Company allowed under the Corporations Act.
