Permanent Global Class B Note definition

Permanent Global Class B Note is defined in Section 4.2.
Permanent Global Class B Note as the case may be, and collectively the “Permanent Global Series 2012-1 Notes”), substantially in the form of Exhibits A-3 and B-3 in accordance with the provisions of such Temporary Global Series 2012-1 Note and the Base Indenture (as modified by this Supplement).
