Permanent Global Class A Notes has the meaning specified in Section 7.1(b) of this Supplement.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $178,840,000.
Initial Class B Note Balance means $21,340,000.
Class B Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $125,000,000.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 0.55% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.
Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.
Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 1.28000% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.
Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.
Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.
Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Class P Principal Amount As of the Closing Date, $100.
Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 3.44% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.
