Permitted Application definition

Permitted Application means any proposed development or use that compiles with the provisions of the planning scheme and thus under Section 51 of LUPAA must be granted a permit, with or without conditions.
Permitted Application means a single software application used by You for a specific business product, service, process, or function. This “Agreement” includes all amendments, addendums, and revisions to the terms herein in effect between You and XE from time to time.
Permitted Application means, in respect of Aggregate Net Proceeds of a relevant event, their application within 6 months of their receipt by a member of the Group in funding a Permitted Acquisition or reimbursing any relevant member of the Group for amounts paid in completing a Permitted Acquisition no more than 6 months prior to such receipt;

  • You may be required to use the most recent version of the XE Currency Data Feed API in order to ensure functionality of Your Permitted Application with the XE Data.

  • It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that Your Permitted Application properly detects and handles any returned error messages.

  • XE reserves the right to limit or throttle the number of network calls available to Your Permitted Application if XE (in its sole discretion) believes that such calls are being made for malicious reasons, as the result of a technical error, or are inconsistent with reasonable use by Your Permitted Application.

More Definitions of Permitted Application

Permitted Application means in respect of any Net Proceeds either:
Permitted Application means, in respect of any funds advanced to either of the Sellers by Xxxxx.xxx Holdings under the Facility Agreement, the application of such funds in accordance with the Cash Requests (as defined in the Facility Agreement) accompanying the Utilisation Request (as defined in the Facility Agreement) pursuant to which such funds were advanced by Xxxxx.xxx Holdings;

Permitted Application means any of (A) the acquisition of a replacement fixed asset of the same or a similar type and of comparable or superior value and quality or (B) the acquisition of a fixed asset the commercial purpose and effect of which is to replace or improve upon the commercial purpose and effect of the fixed asset disposed of or (C) the acquisition of fixed assets of comparable or superior quality for another aspect of the Group's business, provided in each case, (to the extent permitted by law) that such fixed asset is subject to a fully enforceable legally binding Encumbrance in favour of the Security Agent and the other Finance Parties equivalent to or better than the Encumbrance (if any) to which to asset, the disposal of which resulted in the Net Proceeds which are being so applied, was subject and provided further that the only permitted application in respect of the Existing Net Proceeds is the application thereof in or towards satisfying the acquisition consideration in respect of Permitted Acquisitions; and
Permitted Application means at any time when no Default has occurred and is continuing in respect of a disposal of an asset or intellectual property right, the re-investment of the net proceeds of such disposal in the acquisition by a member of the Group (being a Security Provider if the seller was a Security Provider) of an asset or (as the case may be) intellectual property right similar in type and of comparable or superior value and quality to that asset or (as the case may be) intellectual property right the subject of any relevant disposal.
