Servicing Policies and Procedures definition

Servicing Policies and Procedures means the customary servicing policies and procedures of GM Financial relating to motor vehicle retail installment sales contracts or promissory notes made by GM Financial or an Originating Affiliate or acquired by GM Financial or an Originating Affiliate, as such policies and procedures may be updated from time to time.
Servicing Policies and Procedures means the customary servicing policies and procedures of AmeriCredit relating to motor vehicle retail installment sales contracts or promissory notes made by AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate or acquired by AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate, as such policies and procedures may be updated from time to time.

Servicing Policies and Procedures means the Servicing Policies and Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit H, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of Lender.
Servicing Policies and Procedures means the Servicer's existing standard servicing policies and procedures for nonprime automobile receivables, a copy of which has been previously provided to the Owner, together with the NAFI/Nuvell Credit Corporation Servicing Standards attached as Exhibit B to this Servicing Agreement. The Servicer's Servicing Policies and Procedures may be amended by the Servicer from time to time as set forth in Section 6.2(d) of this Agreement.
Servicing Policies and Procedures means the Loan Servicing Policy of Freedom Financial, as attached hereto as Schedule II, as such policy may hereafter be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in compliance with this Agreement.
