Permitted Premises definition

Permitted Premises means the particular building or buildings within which the Permit Holder will be authorized to conduct the Facility’s activities pursuant to the Permit.
Permitted Premises means those areas normally used by the permittee or licensee to conduct his business and includes, but is not limited to, the selling areas, brewing areas, storage areas, food preparation areas, and parking areas.
Permitted Premises means any premises (with a unique street name and number or land parcel number), or a vessel, where a permitted enterprise ordinarily carries on any business, undertaking or work connected with providing its authorised service, but excludes any vehicle or aircraft;

More Definitions of Permitted Premises

Permitted Premises means any premises where an essential service provider ordinarily carries on any business, undertaking or work, or any other premises at which the person is permitted by the Minister charged with the responsibility for domestic business policies to provide certain goods or services, but excludes any vehicle or aircraft;
