Permitted Wireless Installation Space definition

Permitted Wireless Installation Space means locations for Wireless Installations CPS Energy has specified in a Permit limited to (a) on Poles, including in the Pole Top Space, but other than within the Communications Space, Electrical Space or Supply Space, or Communication Worker Safety Zone of such Poles; or (b) on Streetlight Poles, each in CPS Energy-specified locations and in accordance with the requirements of the Pole Attachment Standards.
Permitted Wireless Installation Space means locations for Wireless Installations LP&L has specified in a Permit limited to (a) on Poles, other than within the Communications Space, Electrical Space or Supple Space, or Neutral Space of such Poles; or (b) Mid-span Installations supported by a Messenger cable attached to two Poles, each in LP&L specified locations and in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.
Permitted Wireless Installation Space means locations for Wireless Installations LP&L has specified in a Permit in accordance with the requirements of the Wireless Installation License Agreement.

  • Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Type 3 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which none of the SW, or only a portion of the SW, deployed is licensed for Use with such TPD, and therefore a TPD is not deployed or running.

  • Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window and wall coverings, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing, and telephone and telecommunication wiring and equipment. At the expiration of the term, Lessor may require the removal of any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, and the restoration of the Premises and the Office Building Project to their prior condition, at Lessee's expense. Should Lessor permit Lessee to make its own alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations, Lessee shall use only such contractor as has been expressly approved by Lessor, and Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, or use a contractor not expressly approved by Lessor, Lessor may, at any time during the term of this Lease, require that Lessee remove any part or all of the same.

  • Type 2 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, but is not running on, such TPD; and,

Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.
