Examples of PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT in a sentence
The USES permitted in the C1-X7 ZONE shall be: PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT CONVENIENCE STORE, RETAIL STORE, BUSINESS OFFICE, BUSINESS SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT, DAY CARE FACILITY, one (1) residential DWELLING UNIT in the rear of the EXISTING BUILDING not to exceed 50 percent of the GROSS FLOOR AREA of the BUILDING.
PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT means a building or part of a building in which professional or personal services are provided including the sale of goods accessory to the provision of such services and without restricting the generality of this definition, includes personal and pet grooming, medical or dental practice, dry cleaners, electrical appliance repairs, financial services, laundrettes, optical or watch repairs, photographers, show repairs, tailors, printing shops, dressmakers and similar services.
The USES permitted in the H-C1-X3 ZONE shall be the following: RETAIL STORE, PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT, BAKE SHOP, DELICATESSEN, laundromat, CONVENIENCE STORE, CLINIC, dog grooming salon, pet store, post office, PRIVATE CLUB.
PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT means a business where personal services are provided for a gain and where the sale of retail goods is only accessory to the provision of suchservices including, but not limited to, barber shops, beauty salons, tailor shops, laundry or dry cleaning shops, watch repair shops, shoe repair shops and small appliance repair shops.
PERSONAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT: A commercial operation, office, store, or other place of business catering to the personal needs of a customer, such as normally conducted by a photographer, printing or graphic arts, barber, beautician, tailor, dressmaker, florist or similar occupation.
