Employment Related. An Employee, who is called to testify before any judicial or administrative tribunal and/or arbitrator, mediation, or fact finding proceeding(s) during the normal workday, shall be compensated for the difference between his/her normal daily wage and payment received for the performance of the obligation. The day(s) of absence shall not be deducted from the Employee’s sick leave allowance.

A Teacher who is called to testify before any judicial or administrative tribunal and/or arbitrator, mediation or fact finding proceeding(s) during the normal work day, shall be compensated for the difference between his/her daily teaching rate and pay received for the performance of the obligation. The day(s) of absence shall not be deducted from the Teacher’s Leave allowance.
Employment Related a) An Administrator who is called to testify before any judicial or administrative tribunal and/or arbitrator, mediation or fact finding proceeding(s) during the normal work day, shall be compensated for the difference between his/her daily administrator rate and pay received for the performance of the obligation.
b) The day(s) of absence shall not be deducted from the Administrator’s sick leave allowance.
