Phase 1 Term definition

Phase 1 Term means, with respect to a given Program, the period commencing upon exercise of the IND Option with respect to such Program and ending upon the earlier of (i) the End of Phase 1 Date with respect to such Program and (ii) the exercise by Celgene of its Phase 1 Option with respect to such Program.
Phase 1 Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 hereof. “Phase 2” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
Phase 1 Term is defined in Paragraph 2.10.

  • Tenant has executed this Acknowledgment of Phase 1 Term Commencement Date and Term Expiration Date as of the date first written above.

  • Test Energy for Phase 1 Term may commence on or after June 15, 2001.

  • The IDC agreed that Baobab could draw down $2,308 thousand (ZAR40,000 thousand) of the second Tranche and that the Phase 1 Term Loan will still form part of the composite Makhado Phase 1 funding package provided that the $2,308 thousand (ZAR40,000 thousand) is repaid prior to 30 November 2020.

  • CONTRACT TERMS: ‌ Phase 1 Term will commence upon the issuance by City of a Notice to Proceed with a maximum term of two (2) years plus one (1) renewal of one (1) year, if necessary.

Related to Phase 1 Term

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”

  • Phase 1 Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, a clinical trial (or — in case of a multi-phase clinical trial — those parts of a clinical trial) in line with the provisions of 21CFR312, Section 21 (a).

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Phase 1 Study means a clinical study of a drug candidate in human patients with the primary objective of characterizing its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics and identifying a recommended dose and regimen for future studies as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(a), or a comparable clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States. The drug candidate can be administered to patients as a single agent or in combination with other investigational or marketed agents.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.

  • First Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the conclusion of the Initial Exploration Period.

  • Second Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the end of the First Extension Period.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set out in Section 9.1.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.
