Phase 2 Property definition

Phase 2 Property or “Phase 2”). Access to the Phase 2 Property shall be via the development of Xxxxx Road (the “Xxxxx Road Path”). Pursuant to Section 2.4 (Payment of Purchase Price at the Closings), the remainder of the Purchase Price shall be payable at the closing of the Phase 2 Property (the “Phase 2 Closing”, and together with the Phase 1 Closing, collectively or individually as the context may require, the “Closing”). 1.3.3
Phase 2 Property means the real property (including without limitation all options held by third parties, fee interests, leasehold interests, tenant-in-common interests and such other like or similar interests) within the Redevelopment Area, such property being identified as the “Phase 2 Property” and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Phase 2 Property or “Carrie Phase Property” means the Phase 2 Area, excluding public streets or other rights-of-way.
