Phase II Expansion definition

Phase II Expansion means any project that includes (i) any lateral pipeline that runs from the PNG Pipeline and/or (ii) any interconnection of the PNG Pipeline with another pipeline or other facility and/or (iii) any expansion of the services provided.
Phase II Expansion means an increase in the production capacity of the Plant by up to an additional 30 kt per Year (based on 287 operating days) of HSBC.
Phase II Expansion has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Whether or not the initial twenty (20) year term is reinitiated, as allowed hereunder, the Annual Base Rent payable for each Lease Year from and after the Phase II Commencement Date (defined below) shall be equal to the Annual Base Rent attributable to Phase II, as calculated in the manner above set forth, plus that amount which would have been payable under this Lease had the Phase II Expansion not been exercised.

Phase II Expansion means the Company’s expansion that includes adding a second electric arc furnace, ladle metallurgy furnace, caster strand, and tunnel furnace to double production of hot-rolled coil and fully utilize the existing hot rolling mill.

Related to Phase II Expansion

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Lateral expansion means a horizontal expansion of the waste boundaries of an existing MSW landfill. A lateral expansion is not a modification unless it results in an increase in the design capacity of the landfill.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients designated as a Phase I Trial and conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety of and/or the metabolism and pharmacologic actions of the Licensed Product in humans, as described under 21 CFR § 312.21(a) (as hereafter modified or amended) and any of its foreign equivalents. For purposes of this definition, Phase I Trial shall specifically exclude trials in healthy volunteers.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
