Operating Days definition

Operating Days means any day (or any part of it) when a Pool Vessel is available for service in the Pool pursuant to this Agreement and the Time Charter Party;
Operating Days. Operating Days shall mean all days of the year except New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Operating Days as used herein shall mean consecutive days of 24 hours per day continuous operation during which the Plant is on stream.

Examples of Operating Days in a sentence

  • If Landlord shall so apply any funds, Tenant shall, within ten (10) Operating Days following Landlord’s written demand, restore the Letter to the face amount required hereunder.

  • Cleaning of office areas, lavatories, main lobby, elevators, building exterior, and windows shall be performed or caused to be performed by Landlord at Landlord’s expense on Operating Days in accordance with the cleaning specifications annexed hereto as Schedule 1 or such other cleaning specifications that may be agreed to in writing by Landlord and Tenant from time to time (the “Cleaning Specifications”).

  • If the non-proposing party does not respond to the proposing party’s choice of special master within five (5) Operating Days after receipt of the proposal, the proposed special master shall be deemed to be approved for purposes of resolving the applicable dispute.

  • Landlord, at its expense, shall also provide non-exclusive freight elevator service during non-Operating Hours on Operating Days, on a first-come basis.

  • Within ten (10) Operating Days (or five (5) Operating Days in the case of any resubmissions in response to Landlord comments) after its receipt of a submission of plans and specifications, Landlord shall either consent thereto or specify any objections thereto.


More Definitions of Operating Days

Operating Days with respect to a Mine means days that the Mine is operational and producing Potash of any grade. If the production schedule at a Mine is 10 days of production followed by 4 days of non-production for maintenance and other purposes, then only the 10 days of production would be considered as Operating Days for purposes hereof; accordingly, with such a production schedule, for purposes of this Agreement 90 Operating Days at a Mine would be achieved after 9 consecutive 10 and 4 cycles. Regardless of the production schedule used at a Mine, non-production days for maintenance or other purposes shall not be considered “Operating Days” for purposes hereof, provided that in the case of a Mine, other than a Solution Mine, operating on a continuous production schedule, any 90 Operating Day period must be completed within 122 days from and including the first Operating Day of such period;
Operating Days means such Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays as do not fall on the days celebrated as New Year’s Day, M▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Day, or on such other days as may now or hereafter be celebrated as holidays under the contract from time to time in effect between Locals 32B and 32J of the Building Service Employees Union AFL -CIO (or any successor thereto) and the Real Estate Advisory Board of New York, Inc. (or any successor thereto) or on which comparable first- class office buildings in midtown Manhattan are now or hereafter closed (collectively, “Building Holidays”); and (ii) the termOperating Hours” shall mean the hours between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on Operating Days and 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. on Saturdays.

Operating Days means the number of days the centre will be open for the calendar year. The term “gallon” as used herein shall mean the U.S. gallon of 231.0 cubic inches each, measured at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. 4. The term “anhydrous alcohol” as used herein shall mean alcohol recovered from fermented mash by Distillation followed by Dehydration in a Molecular Sieve Dehydration System. “Anhydrous alcohol” shall contain no more than 0.8% w/w water and not more than 1.5% v/v organic impurities other than the chemical “ethyl alcohol.” “Anhydrous alcohol” shall conform to current ASTM specifications for fuel alcohol with respect to acidity, color and non-volatile residue. For the purpose of all calculations in the context of this agreement, one (1) gallon of anhydrous alcohol measured at 60°F shall be deemed to be equivalent to 6.640 lbs. 5. The term “starch” as used herein shall mean soluble forms of carbohydrates suitable for further processing to hexose monosaccharides by saccharification with commercial enzymes (Amyloglucosidase). The concentration of starch shall be expressed in percent of weight (%w/w) and shall be determined by analysis according to the attached sample preparation method and the modified method of the American Association of Cereal Chemists attached hereto (Modified Method No. AACC 76-11 of AACC Methods) or such other analytical method as may be approved by LICENSOR. 6. The term “fresh substrate charge” as used herein shall mean a cleaned grain (U.S. No.2 corn and up to 20% U.S. No 2 hulless barley) which has undergone a milling process. Such milled grain shall not contain more than 5% w/w of particles retained on a 16 mesh tyler screen and shall have no particles retained on a 12 mesh tyler screen. The moisture content of fresh substrate charge shall not exceed 16% w/w. The starch content (as described in Article 5) of fresh substrate charge shall not be less than 67% w/w average on a dry basis. 7. The term “fermented mash” as used herein shall mean an alcohol containing mash derived by cooking, enzymatic conversion and saccharification and fermentation of fresh substrate charge. “Fermented mash” shall contain alcohol at a concentration of not less than 9.0% w/w. Operating Days means, for any period, the actual number of operating days of the Vessel in such period during which the Vessel is earning a daily rate of renumeration in excess of zero under a Charter Agreement.
