Phasing Plans means Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/02 Rev A, Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/03 ReV A, Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/04 Rev A and Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/05 ReV A annexed to this Deed as Annexure 5;

Phasing Plans means the depot phasing plans as defined in the Building Contract and annexed at Schedule 17.8, as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with Schedule 12 or Schedule 14 of this Agreement;

• As and when needed to serve subsequent Development Phases within the Specific Plan, additional school sites shall be reserved for acquisition in locations approved by the parties during the processing and approval of the Phasing Plans for such Development Phases, consistent with the Specific Plan and improved consistent with the foregoing improvement standards in accordance with the separate agreements to be entered into with the applicable school districts described below.

• Phasing of such improvements shall be addressed in the Phasing Plan(s) (see section 3.5.2.1(c) below).

• The procedure outlined in Schedule 14 shall apply in relation to the issuing, consideration of, authorisation and implementation of Variations to any Related Depot Agreement, including but not limited to the rights and/or obligations of the parties to this Agreement and Variations to the Depot Requirements and/or the Depot Design in Principle, the Depot Phasing Plans and the Information Production Programme.

• The Parties presently anticipate that the Owner will construct all on site road improvements (including, but not limited to, the completion of Schooner Cove Parkway), and will construct and dedicate all collector roads, local roads, lanes and emergency roads on a phased basis as generally shown on the Infrastructure Phasing Plans, to the standards referenced in the MoTI Preliminary Commentary, and including the accompanying ISMP works.
