Photographer Personal Data definition

Photographer Personal Data means (i) the images and videos that Photographer uploads to or creates in the Services or Products, or (ii) any labels, tags, comments, descriptions or categorizations that Photographer adds to those images and videos in the Services or Products.

Examples of Photographer Personal Data in a sentence

  • This DPA will remain in effect until, and automatically expire upon, deletion of all Photographer Personal Data as described in this DPA.

  • Photographer instructs SmugMug to Process Photographer Personal Data: (a) in accordance with the Agreement; and (b) to comply with other reasonable written instructions provided by Photographer where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement.

  • SmugMug may Process Photographer Personal Data other than on the written instructions of Photographer if it is required under applicable law to which SmugMug is subject.

  • Photographer generally authorizes the use of subprocessors to Process Photographer Personal Data in connection with fulfilling SmugMug’s obligations under the Agreement and/ or this DPA.

  • Flickr may Process Photographer Personal Data other than on the written instructions of Photographer if it is required under applicable law to which Flickr is subject.

  • When SmugMug engages any new subprocessor to process Photographer Personal Data, SmugMug will update the Subprocessor List to give Photographer the opportunity to object to such subprocessor by terminating service pursuant to the Terms & Conditions.

  • Flickr shall only retain, use, disclose and otherwise Process Photographer Personal Data in accordance with Photographer’s written instructions set forth above.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement. By way of illustration but not limitation, “Proprietary and Confidential Information” includes: (i) trade secrets, documents, memoranda, reports, files, correspondence, lists and other written and graphic records affecting or relating to any such entity’s business; (ii) confidential marketing information including without limitation marketing strategies, customer and client names and requirements, services, prices, margins and costs; (iii) confidential financial information; (iv) personnel information (including without limitation employee compensation); and (v) other confidential business information.

  • personal health information means, with respect to an individual, whether living or deceased:

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.
