PIK Note definition

PIK Note means a junior subordinated promissory note of the Company that is substantially identical to this Note except for the stated principal amount thereof.
PIK Note means a promissory note of the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit K, payable to the order of a Lender in a principal amount equal to such Lender’s pro rata share of the aggregate amount of interest, fees or other obligations capitalized hereunder.
PIK Note means the convertible note that may be issued to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.1 below, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

PIK Note has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.
