PIK Note definition

PIK Note means a junior subordinated promissory note of the Company that is substantially identical to this Note except for the stated principal amount thereof.

PIK Note means a promissory note of the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit K, payable to the order of a Lender in a principal amount equal to such Lender’s pro rata share of the aggregate amount of interest, fees or other obligations capitalized hereunder.

PIK Note means the convertible note that may be issued to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.1 below, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Examples of PIK Note in a sentence

• Any certificated PIK Notes will be issued with the description “PIK” on the face of such PIK Note.

• The PIK Note Trustee or other trustee will vote the Common Shares as directed by the beneficial holders of the Convertible PIK Notes.

More Definitions of PIK Note

PIK Note means any additional note having the same terms and conditions as the Notes that the Issuer is entitled, without the consent of the holders of the Notes, to issue to pay interest.
