Pinnacle Health and Welfare Plans definition

Pinnacle Health and Welfare Plans means the health and welfare plans sponsored and maintained by Pinnacle or any of its subsidiaries immediately prior to the Time of Distribution which provide group health, life, dental, accidental death and dismemberment, health care reimbursements, dependent care assistance and disability benefits.
