Plan and Specifications definition

Plan and Specifications means the plans and specifications for the construction of the building which (to the extent required by law) have been or will be filed with the Department of Building and which may from time to time be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.
Plan and Specifications means the engineering drawings and associated specifications associated with the Work as set out in Schedule “A” to this Agreement;
Plan and Specifications means the approved development engineering drawings and associated specifications associated with the Shoring Work;

Examples of Plan and Specifications in a sentence

  • Any Work that may be reasonably inferred from the Plan and Specifications as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for.

  • Lessee shall provide Lessor with the Floor Plan and Specifications no later than six months prior to expected occupancy.

  • Lessee shall bear any expense in excess of tenant improvements specified in the Floor Plan and Specifications previously referred to herein (except as provided in Paragraph 1.07), together with an additional charge of twenty percent (20%) of such excess to cover Lessor’s overhead, by payment to Lessor prior to the commencement of such work.

  • The Plan and Specifications are collectively called the "Plans." Tenant hereby approves the Plans and acknowledges that they show in schematic fashion the work.

  • Based on the findings and results of previous tasks, we will prepare and submit a Plan and Specifications Design Package (Design Package) at an approximate completion level of 60%.

  • Pursuant to Exhibit “F” Tenant Improvement Work Letter; Landlord agrees to construct the tenant improvements as outlined in the mutually agreed upon and approved Tenant Improvement Plan and Specifications to be prepared by Habitect and to be attached to this Lease as Exhibit “F-1”.

Plan and Specifications has the meaning given to such term in the Construction Agency Agreement.

Related to Plan and Specifications

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Specifications means the specifications of the service included in the Tendering Document submitted by the Service Provider to the Procuring Entity
