Plan Anniversary definition

Plan Anniversary means the twelve month anniversary of the initial Cover Commencement Date as shown on Your Plan Schedule
Plan Anniversary means each 12 month anniversary from the date your plan originally started. This will be the same as the 12 month anniversary of your policy unless you have added a new policy to an existing plan. You can check this on your Plan Schedule.
Plan Anniversary means the first day of each Plan Year that begins after the Plan Effective Date. The Plan Anniversary shall be specified in Item 17 or 18 of the Adoption Agreement.

More Definitions of Plan Anniversary

Plan Anniversary means the anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Plan Anniversary means the same day and month as the Policy Effective Date in each succeeding year after the Policy Effective Date while this Plan remains in force. If the Policy Effective Date is 29 February of a leap year, then the Plan Anniversary will be 28 February in succeeding non-leap years. “Plan Monthiversary” shall mean the same day as the Policy Effective Date in each succeeding month after the Policy Effective Date while this Plan remains in force. If the day does not exist in the respective month, this shall refer to the last day of that month. “Plan Terms and Conditions” shall mean Part 1 to Part 8 of this Plan and shall include Policy Schedule, Definitions of Major Critical Illnesses and Surgical Procedures and any Supplement(s). “Policy Effective Date” shall mean the date when these Plan Terms and Conditions first become effective as specified in the Policy Schedule. “Policy Issuance Date” shall mean the date of first issuance of these Plan Terms and Conditions as specified in the Policy Schedule. “Policy Schedule” shall mean the document entitled "Policy Schedule" which contains, among other things, the information you provided to us. “Portfolio” shall mean all policies of the same Plan Terms and Conditions and Benefit Summary. “Pre-existing Condition(s)” shall mean, in respect of the Insured Person, any sickness, disease, injury, physical, mental or medical condition or physiological degradation, including a congenital condition, that has existed prior to the Policy Issuance Date or the Policy Effective Date, whichever is earlier. Plan Anniversary means an April 1. Whenever used in the Plan, the feminine pronoun shall include the masculine and feminine gender, unless the context indicates otherwise.

Plan Commencement Date means the date the initial contribution is settled by Metis and the Plan commenced as shown in the Plan Schedule. Plan Extension Date means the date an endorsement of Plan Schedule is issued by Metis pursuant to clause 3.5 (a) (i). This date may differ from the maturity date. Plan-Fund means all Account Units and other benefits of this Plan held by Metis on trust pursuant to this Agreement.
