Plan Charge means the charges you are required to pay monthly in advance to us from the date on which you activate the SIM until the end of the Minimum Term for your chosen Plan. Premium Services any Services which are charged at premium rates. You can only access these Services - such as international calling, international data usage and international roaming – if such access is activated for your account. Service Provider means the mobile virtual network aggregator or such other entity as Mobinex may use or appoint to enable Mobinex to provide the Services from time to time. Services means the mobile communications services offered by Mobinex to You (by means of the Network Provider's network), including call services, Messaging Services, Storage Services, Age SIM means a card which contains your telephone number and enables you to access the Services. Storage Services any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us. Suspension is the procedure by which Mobinex may temporarily Disconnect your access to the Services. ‘Suspend’ and 'Suspension' have corresponding meanings. Examples of Plan Charge in a sentence

  • If we cancel other than for non-payment, you will receive a refund of the current Monthly Plan Charge.

  • Your Plan will terminate automatically for non-payment of the full Monthly Plan Charge if not paid by the billing due date.

  • If you cancel this Plan, You will receive a refund of the current Monthly Plan Charge less any claims paid that occurred in the month this Plan is cancelled.

  • When it is included in the Service Plan Charge, it is provided on the basis that if Your toner orders over any 6 month period exceed Your actual toner usage for the Hardware (as detailed in Canon’s service records), Canon may charge You for any excess toner supplied at Current Rates.

  • The coverage period must continue without any lapse in payment (i.e. the Monthly Plan Charge for this Plan is not paid when due).

  • Your Price Plan Charge includes an increase by the annual percentage increase in the Retail Price Index (RPI).

  • Please note, you will not have a right to leave the Agreement early without paying an Early Termination Fee where we exercise our right to increase the charges you pay by the rate of CPI plus 3.9% once per year (as set out in the Annual adjustment to your Plan Charge and OPS Charges section below).

Related to Plan Charge

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
