Plan Charge means the charges you are required to pay monthly in advance to us from the date on which you activate the SIM until the end of the Minimum Term for your chosen Plan. Premium Services any Services which are charged at premium rates.   • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for the period in respect of, and the amortization during the period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable during the period in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
