If we cancel other than for non-payment, you will receive a refund of the current Monthly Plan Charge.
Your Plan will terminate automatically for non-payment of the full Monthly Plan Charge if not paid by the billing due date.
If you cancel this Plan, You will receive a refund of the current Monthly Plan Charge less any claims paid that occurred in the month this Plan is cancelled.
Should repair parts become unavailable because a manufacturer has gone out of business or if a manufacturer no longer provides product support and all parts sources have been exhausted during the coverage period of this Plan, the Administrator/Obligor shall be excused from performance hereunder and you shall receive either a replacement, or a refund for the lessor of the replacement value or $250.00 or one month’s Monthly Plan Charge, less claims paid on the product, if any.
The supply of toner, excluding the cost of delivery, is included in the Service Plan Charge when stated in the Schedule.
When they are included in the Service Plan Charge, if You misplace, damage or use them in other hardware, Canon may charge You for those User Replaceable Parts at Current Rates.
When it is included in the Service Plan Charge, it is provided on the basis that if Your toner orders over any 6 month period exceed Your actual toner usage for the Hardware (as detailed in Canon’s service records), Canon may charge You for any excess toner supplied at Current Rates.
The coverage period must continue without any lapse in payment (i.e. the Monthly Plan Charge for this Plan is not paid when due).
Your Price Plan Charge includes an increase by the annual percentage increase in the Retail Price Index (RPI).
Please note, you will not have a right to leave the Agreement early without paying an Early Termination Fee where we exercise our right to increase the charges you pay by the rate of CPI plus 3.9% once per year (as set out in the Annual adjustment to your Plan Charge and OPS Charges section below).
