Planned Development District definition

Planned Development District or “PDD Ordinance” means the PDD approved by the City of Hardeeville on , 2021, as adopted contemporaneously herewith, and attached hereto as part of Exhibit B.
Planned Development District. Any single or combination of residential uses identified as permitted in the residential zoning districts contained in this chapter. (2) Office Planned Development District: Any single or combination of uses identified as permitted in the office or residential zoning districts contained in this chapter.
Planned Development District or “PDD” means the Second Amended and Restated Planned Development District that pertains only to the Property described herein, which was approved by the City on January 18, 2024, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2023-12-14F and attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.

Planned Development District. PDD”)” means an independent, freestanding zoning district, wherein the zoning regulations need not be uniform for each class or type of land use, but where the use of land shall be in accordance with a preliminary planned development plan approved by the Town Board.
