Planned Maintenance Programme definition

Planned Maintenance Programme means the Contractor’s annual programme for the maintenance of each Specified Asset as included in Schedule 7, Part B (Planned Maintenance Programme) (and as set out in Clause 29.1 (Planned Maintenance Programme)) to satisfy the Authority’s Requirements;
Planned Maintenance Programme means the programme for carrying out maintenance (including lifecycle replacement and maintenance) and repair works to the [Project Facility] during each Contract Year to be prepared and submitted to the Authority’s Representative pursuant to Clause 17.3(b) (Planned Maintenance).

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.
