Plant Investment Fee definition

Plant Investment Fee means a one-time development fee collected to pay for growth related capital expansion costs of water supply, storage, transmission, treatment and distribution facilities.
Plant Investment Fee means a one fee assessed and paid to the District for access and connection to the District’s Potable Water System.
Plant Investment Fee means the one-time charge per SFE for each property served by the Authority as a pro-rata share of the capital costs necessary to serve new development. Receipts from Plant Investment Fees may offset the Debt Service Fee unless the Board of Directors reserves such revenues for capital improvements in a Restricted Reserve Fund.   • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.

Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • Risk Management Fee means a value expressed in percentage per year, which forms the risk premium for the Issuer. The Initial Risk Management Fee for the First Trade Date is specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. The adjusted Risk Management Fee is valid during the period of the respective Adjustment Date (excluding) to the immediately following Adjustment Date (including). The Calculation Agent shall after its specification notify the valid Risk Management Fee in each case pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Collateral Management Fee The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, comprised of (x) the Base Management Fee and (y) the Subordinated Management Fee.
