Playback Application definition

Playback Application means an application that (i) via the Approved Transmission Means, enables Customers to Stream and watch Included Programs, (ii) provides integrated playback of digital audio-visual content (i.e., without requiring the launch of a browser window), (iii) can be uniquely identified by, and can be revoked by, Licensee, and (iv) meets the Content Protection Requirements and Obligations and Usage Rules.
Playback Application means a Licensed Service-branded (and not co-branded) application that (i) via Internet Delivery and/or Mobile Delivery, as applicable, enables Customers to Stream and watch Included Programs, (ii) provides integrated playback of digital audio-visual content (i.e., without requiring the launch of a new browser window) or provides playback in a new browser window that is Licensed Service-branded (and not co-branded), (iii) can be uniquely identified by and revoked by Licensee and (iv) satisfies the Content Protection Requirements.
Playback Application means a Licensed Service-branded (and not co-branded) application that (i) via Internet Delivery and/or Mobile Delivery, as applicable, enables Subscribers to Stream and watch Included Programs, (ii) provides integrated playback of digital audio-visual content (i.e., without requiring the launch of a new browser window) or provides playback in a new browser window that is Licensed Service-branded (and not co-branded), (iii) can be uniquely identified by, and can be revoked by, Licensee and/or the applicable Authorized Operator and (iv) meets the content protection requirements in Schedule C.
