Approved Delivery Means means the secured encrypted delivery via Streaming of audio-visual content from a Placeshifting-Enabled STB within the Subscriber’s premises over the public, free to the consumer (other than any common carrier/ISP charge), global network of interconnected networks (including without limitation the so-called Internet, Internet2 and World Wide Web), using IP technology, whether transmitted over cable, DTH, FTTH, ADSL/DSL, Broadband over Power Lines or any other means now known or hereafter developed (the “Internet”).

More Definitions of Approved Delivery Means
Approved Delivery Means means [insert list of Approved Delivery Means applicable to each Approved Device]3.
Approved Delivery Means means for each Aircraft the closed head-end wireless Streaming system, using solely Thales technology approved by Licensor, delivering solely Encrypted audio-visual content to Approved Devices, which streams can be received and exhibited solely on each relevant Aircraft.
