Player Injury definition

Player Injury means any injury or illness (including mental illness or disorder) other than any injury or illness which is directly caused by or results directly from a breach by the Player of his obligations under clause 3.2.1 of this contract or of any other of his obligations hereunder amounting to Gross Misconduct.
Player Injury means any injury or illness (including mental illness or disorder) sustained by a Player when performing her obligations under this Contract (other than any injury or illness which is directly caused by or results directly from a breach by the Player of her obligations under clause 3.2 of this Contract or of any other of her obligations which amount to Gross Misconduct.

More Definitions of Player Injury

Player Injury means any injury or illness affecting the Player which occurs as a result of the proper performance by him of this Agreement during any Season (for the avoidance of doubt excluding any injury or illness which occurs during anyphysical assessment under Clause 1.1 (a) or which is caused by a breach by the Player of any of his obligations under this Agreement including Clause 3.2 (b));

Related to Player Injury

  • Personal Injury means injury, other than "bodily injury", arising out of one or more of the following offenses:

  • Bodily injury means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death resulting from any of these at any time.

  • Brain injury means clinically evident damage to the brain resulting directly or indirectly from trauma, infection, anoxia, vascular lesions or tumor of the brain, not primarily related to degenerative or aging processes, which temporarily or permanently impairs a person’s physical, cognitive, or behavioral functions. The person must have a diagnosis from the following list:

  • Injury means accidental physical bodily harm excluding illness or disease solely and directly caused by external, violent and visible and evident means which is verified and certified by a Medical Practitioner.

  • Substantial damage means damage of any origin sustained by a structure whereby the cost of restoring the structure to its before damaged condition would equal or exceed 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the damage occurred.
