PO Recoveries definition

PO Recoveries. With respect to any Loan Group and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Amount Available for PO Recoveries for such Loan Group and (b) the PO Deferred Amount for such Loan Group.

PO Recoveries. Either of the Class I-A-PO Recoveries or the Class II-A-PO Recoveries. Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion): Either of the Group I Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion) or Group II Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion).

PO Recoveries. For each Distribution Date and Loan Group I, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class I-P Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(A)(f)(i)(A) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group I. For each Distribution Date and Loan Group II, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class D-P-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(A)(f)(i)(B) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group II. For each Distribution Date and Loan Group III, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class D-P-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(A)(f)(i)(C) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group III. For each Distribution Date and Loan Group IV, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class D-P-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(A)(f)(i)(D) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group IV. For each Distribution Date and Loan Group V, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class D-P-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(A)(f)(i)(E) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group V.

Examples of PO Recoveries in a sentence

• For any Group and on any Distribution Date, amounts distributed in respect of the PO Deferred Amounts (including the distribution of the PO Recoveries) will not reduce the Component Balance of the applicable PO Component.

• On any Distribution Date, amounts distributed in respect of the PO Deferred Amounts (including the distribution of the PO Recoveries) will not reduce the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 30-PO Certificates.

More Definitions of PO Recoveries

PO Recoveries. With respect to Collateral Group 1, Collateral Group 3 and Collateral Group 4 and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Amount Available for PO Recoveries for such Collateral Group and (b) the PO Deferred Amount for such Collateral Group.

For each Distribution Date and Loan Group 4, the lesser of (i) the amount required to be paid to the holders of the Class A-P Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(II)(A)(d)(i)(3) and (ii) the applicable Class P Fraction of the Recovery, if any, on each Class P Mortgage Loan in Loan Group 4.
