Policies Plan definition

Policies Plan means the "Policies Plan for the Development of the City of Huron", together with the associated and incorporated "Long Range Plan Map" that was first adopted by the Planning Commission on September 21, 1988, and then adopted by Council as public policy, Resolution 1988-25, on November 14, 1988, and as subsequently amended by action by both the Planning Commission and Council.
Policies Plan means the latest revision of the State of Connecticut Conservation and Development Policies Plan adopted by the General Assembly, which is the working title assigned to the state plan of conservation and development in the Act, and means the text of such plan and any accompanying locational guide map.
