Political Risk Insurance definition

Political Risk Insurance means a policy of insurance issued by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA ("Insurance Company") which insures Lessee and Lessor (or Lessor's assignee) against risks of expropriation or deprivation of the Equipment by the government of the United Mexican States ("Political Loss") as set forth in such policy of insurance.
